What is stock

Great discussion on stock car classing!  There were a couple of comments
made by John Eagen, Rich Fletcher, and Jay Mitchell that I really liked.

These are "big picture" statements that helped me to clarify my
thoughts. I don't want to paraphrase their comments, but I just want to
say "What they said".  Thanks!
