Question:
Mark mentioned the following FF2000 proposal:

Personally I'm not impressed with 30# being much of a performance
disadvantage for our cars for autocrossing.
Why? Because "low budget, medium talent, no second driver, little old me"
has consistently trophied at Nationals with a car that weighs in somewhere
between 1120 and 1130.
How many of the rest of you run "really close" to the minimum weight? I'm
sure Gary G does but what about others?
Also, what about the new aluminum head? Which of the top cars had it since
theoretically weight placement could be a significant advantage?
