Mark,
I've been very pleased with the Koni 3011's (steel version of the 3012's)
that I got from GH Sharp (see GH's email address above) that Mark Ball of
Koni valved for my car and use. The 3011/3012 shocks were recommended by
Guy Ankeny for those of us who aren't up to the cost of new Penske's and/or
don't have the knowledge to use them properly. The car works very well on
bumpy courses even with the stiff springs I use.
You might be able to find used Fox/Penske shocks for your car to match the
Penske fronts you already have.
