I've seen this, I think, on other people's rear GY 120's. Kind of a
separation in the rubber down into the tire at the center of the tread? Do
the tires also have a lot of lines about a 1/4 inch apart that look like
scratches around the circumference? I've seen that also on GY 120 fronts
and/or rears.

May be "normal" due to the abuse of autocrossing combined with not enough
time at temp compared to road racing.

Never seen this on Hoosiers, however, so might be a side effect of GY's.
