Rantoul, ILL Cendiv Event

I thought I'd give you all a first hand account of the Rantoul site.  I
just finished running a local at the Rantoul Cendiv Event site.  The
site is relatively large, with grippy concrete.  It is not as sticky as
Peru, but still a good surface.  My CMod friends will like the surface.
I have not seen the course but I have been assured that it is fast and
to expect 3rd gear, in my car (>65 mph).
