GT in Europe stands for 'Grand Tourer' or Gran Tourismo'. On the Alpine, I 
think the main difference was:

1. Padded door trims.
2. Hardtop
3. No soft top
4. No soft top locker
5. More space in the rear ( you could almost claim a 2+2)
