Wanted: Wheel and Horn Ring

Gang,
I'm helping a guy put a nice Series III ST back on the road here in Florence, 
CO.  Due to a VERY split and cracked steering wheel hub, the owner is unable 
to get the horn assembly back to stock.  He needs a "Wheel and Horn Ring".

If someone has a nice (no junk) stock late series wheel and ring, please
