Computer problem

Off the subject, but maybe someone can help me.  I am using Outlook Express
for my mail.  Whenever there is a hyperlink and I click it, the computer
tries to open AOL instead of Internet Explorer.  I know it is probably just
some stupid setting but I can't find it.  Help.  I want to get rid of AOL
but can't until I get this fixed.
