Looking for a transmission or parts

I have a ser III with a ser IV motor.  I had the transmission rebuilt last 
year by a local shop and about 250 miles later I have only 4th gear.  I 
haven't disassembled the trans but looking into the box with the top cover 
off, I looks like the stem wheel gear is striped.   I guess what I am look 
for is a parts source to start the rebuild process.  Or, buy a new 
transmission.
