I have been putting this day off for too long, but I have to give up on my
dream of getting my 67 back on the road.
This is the story - I did drive it for years, but after - well I was not
allowed to have it in front of the house ." So it has been sitting outside
for 8 years at the proverbial "mom's side yard" Fortunatly I do have a
hard top on it - so it is not a total rust bucket. But this is what I have.
67 - 1725 - restorable condition
67 - 1725 - parts car
Plus parts and extras not on main or the spare vehicle
extra seats, doors, windshield, new canvas top in box, spare 1725 engine,
extra pair of SU carbs, extra trunk lid, several spare doors, gas tanks,
Rootes/Sunbeam repair manual, spare rear, spare transmission - plus god
knows what else.
I am in the Philadelphia area. It would have to be transported - by flat
bed I assume. Anyway that is the short of it. I thought I would put it out
to the list before I go to ebay.
I would like to get $1,000 for everything.
The car does deserve a better fate than it has right now, so the price is
negotiable.
