Ed, I think the price is right, great in fact.  I just think it's not an item 
that everybody needs or wants.  As much money as I am putting in my car, I 
will be one of those dry weather drivers for sure.  But even if I get caught 
in one of these Southern Colorado rains in the afternoon in the summer, I 
don't think it would cause me to go through the trouble to install one.  Just 
my particular wants and needs.
