Dan, POR-15 is an excellent choice. I would definatly get it as clean as you can before the application. Under the manufactures recomendations, I think you can apply over the old paint if it's clean. Good luck. I have had excellent outcome with the product. It sure beats the old body primer and you can paint over it. Paul |
