loosing cooling fluid / electrical fuel pump

hi folks
 
i'm loosing cooling fluid on my s2, but i don't know where it goes. the
parkinglot is always dry. after driving, when i shut down the engine,
some bubble noise comes out from the engine. what could this be?
 
second question
 
where would be the best place to put a additional fuel pump?
