Chrome Screws

What is everyone doing to replace the Chrome Screws that attach such things 
as the B-Posts, hardtop catches on the windshield frame, Visor pieces, etc..
I am hoping I can buy them and not go thru the pain of rounding them up for 
re-plateing.
