Engine is "cute"?

You guys might get a chuckle out of this.

We ran a marine repair business for many years so my wife is pretty used to
seeing engines mounted on workstands, all noticeably larger than an
Alpine's.
I've got the engine from our Series 5 project car on one, but I'll leave it
together
until the chassis work is done.

She came in to the shop and noticed it, then after asking if it was from
the car,
said "It's cute."  I guess I never thought of an engine as being cute.
