Series II fulcrum kit?

I need a new upper fulcrum (control arm pivot) kit for my Series II.  SS 
doesn't list it, I called Classic and ordered one (after she looked, telling 
me she had it).  Curt called later and apologized, stating they DO NOT have 
any more.  I do have a spare complete used front suspension, but I don't want 
to start tearing into it except as a last resort.  Anyone (in the US) have a 
source for new ones?
