This would have been a Diamond-REO, REO standing for the company's founder, Raymond E Olds, who also produced the "Oldsmobile" line for General Motors. GM announced six months ago that Oldsmobile would be shut down in a couple of years, a rather sad ending to a long-term enterprise.
