After bleeding the system with the aid of a friend I accurately
measured 1/2 inch of movement at the slave cylinder. Is this enough
throw to disengage the clutch because it isn't doing the job? I still
get resistance on the clutch pedal but it doesn't feel quite as stiff as
before. Jim Leach suggested a broken finger on the pressure plate. Does
anybody second that ?
Does anyone have a spare pressure plate they would like to unload ?
