change to negative earth

Hi All,

Because I can't fit a proper radio I want to change to negative earth.
What must be changed for that ?
Do I have to repolarize the dynamo, does the control box still work ?
How will the wiper, washer and starter motors run ?
Any other changes needed (voltage stabilizer) ?
