Has anyone ever replaced the rubber o-ring found inside the spin on oil filter adapter? Where did you get it and what's the size? While hunting down a mystery oil leak on my TR6 I took the adapter off (after 15 years on the car) and found the rubber o-ring pretty beat up. It was pretty flattened and cut in places too. So without a new one I cleaned the old one off a little, turned it over and put it back together. Still leaks. Joe Merone CF18928 |
