Jute used under the carpet.

Guys,

 

Where can I order jute used to back the carpet?  I was reading here last
week or so, and somebody was talking about using 'jute' because it gave a
very distinct 'aroma' to the car.  Where have you guys bought it from?
Does it come as a 'kit' or do you buy it in bulk?  Where?
