I think you are looking for.  Let me know if it isnt the right one.  It

   When I made mine, I made templates out of poster board and then took 
them to
a local welding shop and had them shear them out.  They weren't perfect 
and
did take minor grinding to make them fit.  That wasn't so bad as it 
made for
very tight weld joints.  Hope this helps.
