listers--i stripped undercoating using a 3/8 drill with 3M Clean 'n Stip
wheels...at least i'm pretty sure that's what they're called. they look like
someone dipped a disc of brillo pad in some sort of brown/black gunk. they'll
eat through anything, and you'll wonder how you ever got along without them.
here in canada they're about 10 bucks a pop (and you'll have to buy the
mandrel), so ya wanna use them sparingly, but believe me, you'll love 'em. if
