Just out of curiosity, Have you replaced the outer right rocker with a new
one? I did when restoring mine and it is the one thing I failed to notice,
well there are actually two things. The new rocker panel where the lower
quarter meets the door is bent inwards some. Causing the lower part of the
quarter to be pulled in more and giving the impression that the door is warped
and thus sticking out. At least that's how it looks on mine.
