The bill that was just signed changed the exemption from
a rolling 30 year to a fixed 1975 year. Newer than 1975
need smogcheck, older do not. Nothing else has changed
or is about to change AFAIK.... I have 4 cars in the
67-74 range and pay close attention to this ...
