This would seem to be the issue of how many angels can dance on a
pin.!!! The variable would seem to be the dielectric value of the air
within the distributer cap. since in england it is a constant 75% AND IN
NORTH AMERICA IT CAN BE 0 -90 % WHO CARES RUN THE BEST YOU CAN
