front suspension

Aloha all,

I rebuilt the front suspension on the passenger side about 6 weeks ago and
just got around to doing the drivers side.

In putting the new trunnion on the drivers side I realized that it went right
on where as on the passenger side I had to use a screwdriver wedged in the
hole to get it up all the way.  Once up, it was very tight and the drivers
side is very loose.

Is this something I should be concerned about?  Please advise and thanks in
advance.
