re: carpet kits - I got mine a few years ago at TRF - Magic Carpet
Factory. Nylon (not wool). They still look great and are holding up
very well. Use different underfelt - the stuff from TRF was too thick.
re: Hose color question - Green. Check with TRF (B/O?).
re: Alternator - One option is to find a local shop and have it rebuilt.
