You can call Apple Hydraulics in NYC. That is where I purchased my needles and
jets and they are very helpful. The specs they gave me were 85 to 125
thousandths. I set mine at a 120 thousandths so that I could have more
adjustment to the rich side. I believe this is what they told me they set the
depth for the jets on the carbs they rebuild. It would be worth a call to them
to varify this as it was almost two years ago when I rebuilt my carbs. You can
find them by typing Apple Hydraulics into Google. Like I said they are very
