Last week I posted a question regarding the centering of some roller rockers
I purchased from TSI and with the help of the list and Ted at TSI I got
straightened out... my next question is, I've set the lash as follows intake
.018 and exhaust .020. My advertised net valve lift is .305" and is accurate
because I had the cam verified on a Cam Doctor , my roller rockers are
suppose to be 1:55 to1 which I understand are actually 1:52 to 1. So with
basic math I should have a net valve travel of .446 on the intake and .443
on the exhaust but I dialed out each and am only getting .428 intake and
.424 exhaust. I know rarely do you get these calculated numbers due to valve
train deflection and rocker manufacturing tolerances but my actual seems
really low. I spent quite a bit of money to get higher lift numbers with
these rockers and by my calculations I'm only getting @ 1:46 to 1 which is
damn close to stock!!!
I'd like the input of those that know more than me, so please let me
know what you think, on or off list.

Thanks Nick Gemas
