Goodness, that was pretty blunt!  Personally speaking I find Jim adds a lot 
to our discussion threads and a little humor too.  I find nothing offensive 
with someone offering items to the group.  After all, it is our decision 
whether 
to purchase or not.

Just my opinion of course.
