Best way to clean parts...??

Hey List,
My LBC has a lot of gunk (grease,oil,dirt) on a lot of parts, and I'm
looking around for a good de-greaser. Does anyone have any experience
with Feron's Oil-B-Gone? It is a water based parts cleaner which sure
sounds like the ticket...it's just that Bentley and Haynes only ever
reference "spirits" for cleaning parts. I don't want to damage
anything...
