All,
Just poked around the Brembo web site. Brembo does sell a solid
disk for the TR6. It is part #25012. It also confirms that the disks used
on 79 to 84 4WD Toyota HiLux or Pickup or 84-84 Toyota 4-Runner
which are the source of the Toyota 4-pot conversion are solid disks with
thickness of 11.5mm, the same as on the TRs.
I'll do some more research, but I'm guessing that one should be able to
find a vented disk from Brembo that will fit using a bolt-on Wilwood
Superlite II,
although it will be necessary to drill the rotors to fit the stock hub.
So keep this in mind if you are interested in the Canadian 4-pot kit from
Canada;
ask the eBay seller that if ever you have to replace the rotor, is it a
off-the-shelf part,
or does it have to be redrilled to bolt onto the TR hub?
