WheelBox nut

Any ideas on how to remove the wheelbox nut below the wiper #29 in
picture below.

The one on the passenger side is loose (the one I replaced years ago),
but the driver's side is tight. Blaster the right stuff? I think these
may be stainless -- not sure. 

I don't think the TR250 wheelboxes can be purchased new -- TR6 can but
not TR250. As usual, makes me shy about it.
