Rockers or floor pans, which first?

If I was going to be replacing both the floor pans and the inner and outer
rockers which should I do first? Also if the door gaps are properly braced
could I (or should I) leave to door panels on so that it's easier to check
the alignment or so that I can check it during the operation?
