| Subject: | Radiators- Recore or Repro? |

I have now gotten to the point in my TR preparations/rebuild that I have to decide whether to get my old radiator recored or replace it with a repro unit. The difference in price is negligible. What are the thoughts from the collective? Are the repro radiators good or are they crap? If I go for a recore, are there any "gotchas" I need to watch out for? Are there any high-performance alternatives/upgrades I might want to consider? Hugh Barber '73 TR6 Hollister, CA |
