| Tim---Oil pressure of 25lb. at speed is too low for comfort. Before doing anything internal to the engine, change the oil and filter and use a good grade of 20W-50. If this doesn't get you to above 50lb. at (hot oil) speed, the next step would be to replace all of the rod and main bearings. This is not a hard job, and with only 46,000 miles on the engine, the crank journals should be in good shape. Dick T. |
