Bzzzzt. I have a '74 (CF14111) - it had that badges from new (original
owner). I had another '71 (cc34xxx), that had the badges too. That one was
purchased used (with 1200 miles on it!) in 1971 by my father. It had the
BL badges too.
I cannot speak for the entire production run, but all the CF cars that
I've seen had them new. And I recall most of the CC cars having them too.
I also cannot speak for the CP and CR cars.
