Alan,

Not much that I can add to Bob's comments, except 4 things:
    1) At least 6hp is freed.
    2) The cooling capability of my 16" fan is fantastic;
    it will drop the water temp from 195F to 180F in less than
    60 seconds, with the car standing still, and 85F ambient
    temperature. That9s has to mean something to someone with
    a hot TR6 stuck in stalled summer traffic.
    3) No more fan noise! The car sounds so much nicer without
    the roar of the fan. Not that I ever heard it much with
    K&N air cleaners and 2.5" exhaust.  ;)
    4) Street credibility.  Looks bitchin'.

Yes, this mod is seat-of-the-pants noticeable. For a write-up on my mod,
