Look in the yellow pages under PLATING. I got most of my metal part plated
in Zinc and then dipped in yellow chromate. Looks amazing.

Subject: Door Striker Color Repaint
Howdy folks,
Happy Post Thanksgiving to all. I am reassembling my 75 TR6 (just got
back from the paint shop) with its new Mimosa Yellow color and need to
repaint the door strikers and latches. They were grey in color. Is this
the original or were they supposed to be the shiny steel color that
appears after sanding?
I was thinking of hammerite silver but not if they are supposed to be
grey. Any thoughts?
