Ugh! I moved about 300 of the damn things today!
Not to sound like an ad, or promote a company with whom I'm affiliated with
from time to time... but just to make you aware, British Miles has at least
a hundred each of the top and bottom green radiator hoses. Respective part
numbers being 158290 (top, 1972 through 1974) and 154145 (bottom, 1970 throu
1974). Now the deal is, these were recalled by TRF because after a while
the green paint would flake off. British Miles bought out the recalled
stock. Sorry no pricing info, but they may be _very cheap_. Those hoses
themselves appear to be free of defects, it is just the paint that seems to
degrade with time.
Try your luck? Spray them with clear coat? Who knows... 215.736.9700.
