You will have to replace the rubber seal around the glass as it becomes 
bonded to the glass and when trying to remove it will become stretched. You 
may be able to salvage the silver trim strip if it is not to old. If it is 
old you will just break it into pieces as you remove it. As for the bottom 
body to frame seal it can be reused but it may also be stretched. I have 
replaced glass in two different windscreens and it is my opinion to replace 
all the seals for piece of mind and water tightness. on the other hand it the 
glass company will warranty their work for any period of time it may be a 
toss up. in the end  50 bucks spent now may prevent damage and a lot of 
headaches later. that's My two cents I earned doing this procedure twice.
