A friend of mine recently took a job with a lubrication packing company.
While taking me on a tour of his plant, we passed a large scale that he
said was used for weighing bulk tanks of materials purchased. He asked
if I wanted to drive my TR onto it. Of course I said yes, and was
surprised to find it weighed less than many books on this proclaimed.
Subtracting my personal weight out, the car came in at 2310 lbs.
