Blue springs

Hello listers. just completed a 3 year resto on my TR250. Replaced the 
springs first along with suspension rebuild. Now the drivers side sags about 
11/4''. I have some slightly used blue shocks . I would like to keep stock 
ride height . will they need spacers. does anybody use these blue shocks ? 
do'nt want it to be too stiff for wifey. are they competition springs?
