Did you mark the position of both prop shaft flanges, relative to the tranny and diff, when you took it out? It has to go back in exactly the same way. If you didn't mark the flanges, it will be hard

Thanks for help in diagnosing the vibration. I lifted the lid yesterday and the bearing on the viscous coupling seems to have gone also. Probably damaged when the fan got 'stuck into' the radiator. I
