Maybe I'm missing something, but why not put the car on 3" (or taller) blocks and just let the water seep in and out? Me, I had to sandbag the garage to keep the Palo Alto floods off my Bentley...

Bentley... Nope, not missing anything. I am trying to keep the water away from the car, its pretty damp in there and has been for a week and will be for a few more weeks with all the rain forecast.

Wouldn't a high volume fan help move the air around, especially on the occasional dry days?=20 (from what I saw last night, it looks like El Nino will be around longer than a few weeks.. more like 4-
