Summit, Jeggs & others sell a sender for your oil line to initiate a kill switch when oil pressure drops. As far as the 2 fan controller, I think you are stuck with 2 separate sensor/switches. I use

You can use a two stage fan contol switch from an early 80's diesel VW vanagon. Several temp ranges are available and you can connect them to a double acting relay for a simple system. Cheap & works

Craig, Summit sells an oil pressure kills switch but I think it cuts at 15lbs so it might not work with a buick engine because of the low idle pressures. Don't know about coolant kill, but I think yo

The early '90's Saab 9000's used a dual temp switch which would most likely suit your purposes. I know the thread is the same as used in the TR8's 3.5 liter Rover engine manifold and radiator because
