A couple of 8 X 1mm nuts run down on the stud and jammed together should back them out. If the nuts slip on the stud before the stud turns, apply heat to the bottom of the stud. If it isn to entirely

I will offer 2 grinds, 1st will be about 10 degrees more duration than the oem, with slightly more lift. This is the camshaft i won the GOF #73 hillclimb with. Idles at 300-400 rpm, max torque at 3,5
