- What are you guys using for spark plugs these days? Mine is a 1/2" reach. I took out Champion L86C which is listed for motorcycles. Also found a listing at Rock Auto for an Autolite 4093. Any suggest

- Hi Charlie, I use Denso brand, W20FP-U, available at Advance, Krager, Parts America, and probably many others here in the good ol' USA. Advance actually had a listing for TDs! Pete Thiel '53 TD /// u

- To the list, I forgot - I have an early engine, number 9782, in car number TD-22524EXL/NA, XPAG/TD2/22777. The plugs I mentioned to Charlie are 1/2" reach Denso W20FP-U, and they run well in THAT eng

- I've been using NGK plugs for quite a while now with great success. The short reach plug is BP6HS and the long reach is BP6ES. Hotter plugs are BP5HS/BP5ES. Cooler are BP7HS/BP7ES. NAPA carries them
