- The gas tank on my Briggs and Stratton lawnmower engine cracked near a seam. I found new ones on line, but they are expensive and the lawn needs to be mowed now. The tank is black plastic and has SAE

- I'd v out the crack a bit and use JB Weld... And then if it didn't work I'd get a new tank. :-) Mark

- I'd try a soldering iron and melt it back together. You can always find a spot that has a little plastic to give up for filler. Howdy, I'd v out the crack a bit and use JB Weld... And then if it didn
